We know that people care about what happens with their homes and neighbourhood, but not everyone wants to sit on a committee. We aim to give you options to be involved in ways that work for you.
Tenants' Forum
The Tenants’ Forum meet regularly to discuss a range of topics to help improve Prospect’s performance from a tenant’s perspective. It’s a very friendly and informal group that any Prospect tenant can attend.

Walkabouts
You can share your views and ask about any local issues at your neighbourhood walkabout. Prospect staff are out regularly to meet with tenants and to answer queries. Walkabout dates are advertised in the newsletter, online and via text.

Community Clear Ups
Our annual clear ups are a great way to meet neighbours and staff. We always welcome volunteers to help tidy shared spaces and remove litter so that the community is cleaner, greener and an even better place to live.

Prospect Membership
Members have an important role to play in influencing decisions and helping shape how we manage our homes. As a member you can vote at our Annual General Meeting or progress to joining Prospect’s committee.

Look out for our regular online surveys that we use to collect tenant feedback and to help improve our services. We’ll send survey links by text, and also use our social media and ebulletin to promote taking part.
