Planned maintenance

As part of our commitment to keeping your home well maintained, we run a planned maintenance programme. This ensures regular upkeep such as painting external woodwork and communal areas, carrying out electrical testing and replacing windows and doors when needed.

If your home is included in the 2026/27 Planned Maintenance Programme, you will receive a letter from Property services confirming what work is scheduled to take place and which contractor will be carrying it out. 

All planned works are subject to a survey, and we will only carry out replacements where they are required. This ensures we invest appropriately and avoid unnecessary disruption.

The Bell group will be replacing 60 Kitchens for Prospect this year. If your property is included in this programme you will receive a letter.

Mitie will paint external timber and metal of the blocks and houses in this summer, including fascias, windows, doors, fences, gates and balconies

370 electrical tests will be completed this year, with any faults repaired. Tests are legally required every 5 years to reduce risks such as fire.
