You must pay your rent monthly in advance on the 1st of every month.
Ways to pay your rent
We have a range of ways you can pay your rent:
By Direct Debit straight from your bank account. Please contact your housing officer who can set this up for you
Online using the Allpay site. You will need your Allpay card, we can order a card for you if you do not have one
Using your Allpay card at the Post Office or at a PayPoint outlet. We can order a card for you if you do not have one
Phone us and pay using your debit card, please note we don’t take credit card payments
Via Internet banking, our account number is 00281210, our sort code is 83-19-15
Using the Allpay App which you’ll find in your App store
Knowing Your Rent Balance
You can check your rent balance at any point during the month.
You can find your balance and check all payments and charges on your rent account by logging into My Account. If you are not set up on My Account, contact Leigh Pettigrew our IT Officer on 0131 272 5010 leigh.pettigrew@prospectch.org.uk who will help set this up for you.
Give us a call or pop into the office and we can check your balance for you and/or give you a rent statement. Or we can send a statement out in the post for you
Difficulties with Your Rent
If you are struggling to pay your rent, please contact us, we can help you. You can phone/text us on 07860 047548 or email housing@prospectch.org.uk. If you would prefer us to phone you, just text/email us and we will call you back. You can also make an appointment to talk to Fiona McLuckie our Welfare Rights Officer. She can check what benefits you are entitled to, and also help you appeal if you are unhappy with a benefit decision.
