Starting Your Tenancy

We wilk ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. This is a Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement. It is a legal document between you as the tenant, and Prospect as the landlord. It’s very important that you read your tenancy agreement. It sets out all your rights and responsibilities, and our conditions as your landlord. Your housing officer will go through the sections of your agreement at your sign-up appointment. If you have any questions or queries, your housing officer will be happy to explain before you sign the agreement.

We will ask you to pay rent when you sign up to be a tenant, and you will be expected to pay rent every month in advance of the first day of the month. Your housing officer will have already talked to you about your payment options.
