Ending Your Tenancy

If you want to end your tenancy with us, you need to give 28 days’ notice in writing or by emailing us. If you are joint tenants we need both of your signatures on the letter, or emails from both tenants. You must leave the property in a good, clean condition and take all your belongings with you. We will carry out a pre termination inspection at a time convenient to you. You also need to make sure you are up to date with your rent and have paid any other outstanding charges.
