Use of Your Home
You must live in your home, and it must be your sole or principle home. You and others who live with you are expected to take reasonable care to avoid damage to the house and surrounding areas. You must keep the house heated and well ventilated. We expect you to treat any common areas you share with respect including drying areas and drying greens, fitting in with local arrangements so that everyone has equal access.
If you want to run a business from your home, you must ask us for permission, and we may ask for further information from you about how this will impact on the condition of your home, and the wellbeing of your neighbours and the local community. You must not use your home for any illegal purposes.
