Antisocial behaviour impacts on people’s enjoyment of their homes. Tenants, household members and visitors must not behave in an anti-social manner, cause distress to neighbours or make unreasonable or excessive noise. While we recognise that people live in different ways and that this can cause lifestyle clashes, we will not tolerate behaviour that causes alarm and distress, excessive noise, damage to anyone’s property or harassment.

If you are experiencing noise disturbance from your neighbours you should contact the Noise Team on 0131 529 3030 or Emergency Out of Hours 101. You should then contact a member of the Housing Management team and we can investigate and take appropriate action.
