Dealing with Vermin

Tenants are responsible for pest control within their homes. While we will carry out repairs to block access points—such as filling holes where vermin may enter—we do not cover the cost of pest control treatments inside individual properties, this is a tenant responsibility.

We understand that seeing vermin in or around your home can be distressing. Please contact us if you notice any activity. We can offer advice, arrange repairs to prevent entry, and, where appropriate, instruct our contractor to treat communal areas.

As vermin can be persistent, prevention is important. The most effective way to deter them is to ensure they do not have access to food, water, or shelter in your home or garden.
