Making Changes to Your Home
As a tenant, you may wish to make changes or improvements to your property. Before carrying out any alterations, we ask that you request permission from us in writing. This ensures all work is safe, appropriate, and compliant with your tenancy agreement.
Examples of changes that require permission include:
Installing a shower, satellite dish, or laminate flooring
Putting up a shed or other outdoor structure
Painting, modifying, or replacing an external door
