Factoring Service

Prospect currently provides a property factoring service to approximately 40 owner-occupied properties in the Wester Hailes area. This includes the delivery of stair cleaning, landscaping and communal repair services, along with the option for owners to take out buildings insurance.

 All services are delivered through a combination of our in-house staff and trusted contractors, enabling us to maintain high standards while keeping costs reasonable. In carrying out our role as factor, we adhere to the Scottish Government’s Property Factors Code of Conduct, ensuring our services are delivered transparently, professionally, and in the best interests of homeowners.
