Deciding To Downsize

Most people need different sizes of homes during their lives. Downsizing can be a great option if your home is no longer the best fit for you. Prospect tenants who recently downsized to Clovenstone Close were happy to share how positive this experience was for them.

 Mr and Mrs T brought up their family in one of Prospect’s 4 bedroomed homes. With the family all having grown up and left, they started to feel their home was a bit large. They talked about moving to a smaller house. Then they heard about Clovenstone Close. Perhaps their future lay in a new build flat!

 Mr and Mrs T got in touch with Prospect and had several chats with their housing officer as well as visiting the building site. They made their decision; this was the right move for them. Here’s what they had to say about their new home.

 “We are living the dream. We pinch ourselves every day we wake up. It feels like living in a hotel.  We love having people round. We have thought of every space and how to make it functional for us. It was daunting having to downsize but we feel lighter. Our bills have been slashed. It’s been the best move for us; we look forward to spending the rest of our lives in Clovenstone Close”
