Tenants' Forum Topics Timetable

Prospect’s Tenants' Forum has set a timetable of topics to discuss for 2024-25. At the last meeting in March it was also agreed that they will scrutinise policies and processes, and produce an annual summary report for Prospect’s committee. Recently the Forum helped review the Rent Arrears policy, and Estate Management policies as well as developing a quarterly performance update for tenants. The next meetings are:-

• Thursday 9th May: Focus on Complaints & Feedback
• Thursday 9th July: Focus on Rent Setting & Anti-social Behaviour
