Salary: £25,767 per annum
Contract type: 2 year fixed term
Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Prospect began in 1988, when 8 local people came together and decided they wanted to build new quality houses in Wester Hailes and that's exactly what they did. Our vision is to provide affordable homes and build sustainable communities where people chose to live.
Prospect now have almost 900 homes in Wester Hailes. These homes are a mixture of flats and houses in both new and refurbished estates. We are a non-profit making charitable registered social landlord.
OUR GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Our programme offers a combination of personal and professional development. You will work in all areas of our Property Services department developing relationships with colleagues, our tenants, contractors, consultants and a range of partner organisations to help us deliver positive outcomes.
As well as gaining experience in all areas of property maintenance the successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for health and safety, procurement, energy efficiency and the delivery of our new build development programme.
The successful candidate can expect to receive a bespoke training programme and will be supported to undertake relevant professional qualifications. You will have access to a mentor throughout the programme.
Upon successful completion of the programme you can expect to take up an advanced role within the housing sector.
Graduating in a relevant construction or building related degree subject, you will be in your final year of study or have finished your studies within the past three years, with a 2:2 degree as a minimum.
