Passing of Jeremy Hewer

It is with great sadness that we are sharing the news of the sudden passing of Jeremy Hewer, a Committee member at Prospect  Prior to his retirement, Jeremy worked for Blackwood and the SFHA and he was well-known and respected across the sector. More recently, he was a board member at Almond Housing Association and for the past couple of years he served on the Committee at Prospect.

Brendan Fowler, CEO at Prospect, said “I have known Jeremy for around 20 years, and was delighted when he applied to join our Management Committee. He brought his many years of experience in the sector to this role, but always with humility and a helpful attitude. I was shocked to hear of his passing. He will be missed at Prospect, and it is right that we remember the significant contribution that he made to the housing sector. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.”
