Changes to Allpay
Many of our tenants use Allpay to pay their rent, and we want to make sure that everyone knows there are some changes from today. Allpay is changing to Allpayments, designed to make managing payments smooth and efficient with some new helpful features. Any tenants using Allpay via their own browser should be redirected automatically to the new Allpayments site. You will still be able to use your existing Allpay user name and password. Once you have logged in for the first time, all your account details will transfer to your Allpayments account. But you will have to re-enter your payment card details. Tenants who use the Allpay link via our website should not notice any changes.
If you use the Allpay app, you will need to download the new Allpayments app from your app store as the old Allpay app is being discontinued. You will be able to log in to the new Allpayments app using your existing user name and password. Once signed in, all your information will transfer over to the new app.
