Clovenstone Park Painting

External painting of Clovenstone Park is due to begin later in April. We are planning to paint the external timber and metal work of all the houses in Clovenstone Park. This will include fascias, soffits, verges, porches and doors if timber. We will also paint metal work like fences, gates and balconies.

We have appointed Mitie Property Services as contractor, and they are planning to start on the 20th of April, weather permitting. This project will take approximately 6 weeks to complete. Mitie will need access to tenants’ properties, and will write to all the addresses involved before the work starts.
