Tenants' Forum Annual Report

A big thank you to Tenants' Forum members, Alice and Eunice for joining our February Management Committee meeting this week to share the achievements of the Tenants’ Forum in 2025. 

As well as influencing decisions around the Business Plan, policies and the annual Prospect Performance Report, last year, the Forum agreed a set of guidelines and a code of conduct which gives a structure and clarifies roles and responsibilities for the group.

Forum members were busy attending various events including the Clovenstone Close opening, Community Clear Ups, Prospect’s Annual General Meeting and our Community Star awards. A few of them enjoy attending Edinburgh Tenants Federation events and hearing about the experiences of tenants of other landlords across the city and comparing notes.

Alice and Eunice advised Committee members that they felt the Forum helps Prospect run a tight ship. And that the Forum helps to give Prospect a tenant perspective and feedback on the way things are run. This helps Prospect shape decisions which effect tenants.
