Showcasing Prospect

Last week Prospect staff were out leading sessions on Prospect's experience and achievements at not one but two conferences! Our Director of Housing Catherine Louch and Director of Property Services Neil Munro were invited to the Glasgow and West of Scotland Forum Annual Conference to speak about our Clovenstone Close experience at a session on “Showcasing the best in new build development.”  On the same day Abbey Kivlin one of our Property Services Administrative Officers was helping facilitate a session on Anti-Social Behaviour at the CIH The Big Conversation, a networking conference aimed at young housing professionals. Our staff are at the heart of what we do, and we are very proud of their achievements both within the organisation, and at external events and networking occasions. Staff development is important to us, and we encourage staff to take up training opportunities and experiences that support learning and strengthen skills.
