Prospect's Performance Report 2024-2025

We are very pleased to share our Performance Report for 2024-25 which highlights our achievements and shows how we compare to other local landlords. The report includes information about our new Clovenstone Close flats, our planned improvement programmes, our welfare rights service, what we‘re doing to offer energy and digital support, and the work carried out with our partners.

 We are pleased to see that once again Prospect compares well with other social housing providers, not only locally but also against the wider Scottish average. This year our repairs performance is the best in Edinburgh as well as our rents being the lowest.
