Help Shape Our Housing Allocation Policy

Prospect is currently reviewing its Allocation Policy to ensure it continues to meet the needs of our communities fairly and effectively. As part of this process, we’re inviting residents and applicants to share their views. The Allocation Policy determines how homes are offered to applicants, prioritising those in greatest need while balancing fairness, transparency, and meeting our legal requirements. With changing housing demands within a housing emergency, feedback from tenants and applicants is vital to help us improve how we allocate homes.
