Business Planning with the Tenants' Forum

The Tenants Forum met this week to look at the proposed strategic objectives for Prospect’s 2026-29 Business Plan. Brendan Fowler, Prospect’s Director attended the Forum to explain the business planning process and to discuss the proposed objectives with the Tenants’ Forum members. During a very positive and engaged discussion, the Forum looked at the balance required in terms of development investment and escalating maintenance costs compared to affordable rents. They also considered the net zero challenge. Forum members also welcomed new technologies and suggested movement sensors for stair lighting. Brendan explained that this consultation with the Tenants’ Forum will be incorporated into the discussions of the Business Plan Working Group which is leading the process of revising the Business Plan.
