Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2025

Our 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be carried out over the next couple of months. We are always keen to hear our tenants’ views about the services we provide. We organise regular Tenant Satisfaction Surveys to collect this information. This year’s survey will ask tenants about a range of topics including repairs, their home and the neighbourhood. It measures satisfaction with services and helps us understand how we can improve.

 We’ve commissioned Research Resource to carry out this survey on our behalf. Research Resource is completely independent and works to the standards set out in the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.

 Some tenants will receive a visit at home from a Research Resource researcher between mid-July and mid-August. They will be identifiable from their ID card which they will show the tenant before asking them to take part. Other tenants may be contacted by Research Resource via the phone. We would really appreciate it if tenants could contribute to the survey. All tenants who take part can be entered into a prize draw for one of 3 £50 Love To Shop Vouchers.

 Participation is completely voluntary, and if a tenant would rather not take part, they can tell the researcher. Personal details collected during the survey will only be used for the survey purposes specified unless permission is given for anything else.
