Excellence In Customer Service

We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for a CIH Scottish Housing Award in the category Excellence in Customer Service for our Community Clear Ups! The Scottish Housing Awards recognise the creativity, passion and innovation of housing organisations and individuals across the sector in Scotland. Our entry celebrates the success of the community clear ups, and the teamwork demonstrated by our staff in organising and delivering the clear ups. During 2024, we removed 13,000kg of rubbish from the community. The clear ups were very well received by tenants, and generated a high level of positive feedback. We are proud of the way staff worked together, and the solutions they identified to improve the clear ups in 2024 so that more tenants could benefit. But we are also very grateful to our amazing tenants who came out and helped, carrying items to the skips, supporting less able neighbours, and litter picking to leave each neighbourhood clean and tidy. As one of our tenants said as part of their feedback, “It’s good to see community spirit is still alive.” The award winners will be announced on Friday 8th November.
