Right to buy
A small number of tenants have the right to buy their home. These are tenants who transferred to the Housing Association from council tenancies in Clovenstone as part of the transfer of housing stock.
Such tenants held assured tenancies with a preserved right to buy prior to 30 September 2002. Their right is contained in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001.
