Direct Debit

Payments can be made weekly, monthly, 4 weekly etc.  Most convenient way to pay as Prospect will automatically amend payments should rent increase, giving advance notice of this.

 

Standing Order
Payments must be made by Monday each week. If you wish to pay monthly, the standing order must be made by the 1st of the month.

 

Cheque
Cheques, made payable to Prospect Community Housing, must be received by midday on Wednesday to ensure that they are processed that week.

 

Debit card

We can take payments either over the telephone (phone 0131 458 5480) or in person at our office. You can use your debit card to pay your rent, or any other payment to Prospect e.g. a re-chargeable repair invoice.
