If that happens to you, the first thing to do is have a chat with your neighbour – they might not realise that they are causing a problem.

 

Remember to discuss things calmly, or a small difference of opinion might turn into a major row.

 

If the problem persists, contact your Housing Officer for advice and use the incident diary to record a history of events. Rest assured, we take a serious approach to all complaints and all information is treated as confidential.
