About kids
Children need to play - it's essential for a healthy and happy childhood and is all part of growing up.
Living together as a community does however involve responsibilities. Parents should insist that their children (from young children to older youths) avoid causing unnecessary disturbance to others. They should know where their children are and what they are up to.
Tenants too should remember that there will always be a certain amount of noise wherever children play.
It’s all about respect, for people and for property, and tolerance. These things are essential to a good community life.
