Focus groups

Prospect actively seeks out the views and opinions of its tenants. It needs this information to help in decision-making, and in developing the ways in which services are delivered.

 

Tenants’ focus groups have been given specific roles as part of a two year action plan. Focus groups have recently been looking at issues such as rent arrears, rent consultation and Prospect’s nuisance neighbours policy.

 

Other short-term focus groups are regularly called upon to provide consultative feedback on the development of services and our policies to help deliver those services.
