Complaints, we’re listening
When we get something wrong we aim to learn from our mistakes and make improvements to the way we deliver our service to ensure these mistakes don’t re-occur. A lot of issues that arise can be solved at an early stage and our staff always try to rectify issues at this stage. We aim to provide the best service possible for our tenants and through continually reviewing our complaints process we can make improvements which enhance our service delivery.
